Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing RN

Responsibilities of Assistant Director of Nursing RN:

• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
• Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
• Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
  
  

Qualifications of Assistant Director of Nursing RN:

• 3yr previous experience in Clinical Leadership within an inpatient setting
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Knowledgable about nursing practice and procedure
• Undertanding of long term care regulation
• CPR Certified
  
  

License:

• Must have an active Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Wisconsin
